About the PSQ convention

Who is PSQ?

The Photographic Society of Queensland is a representative body covering over 50 affiliated photographic groups in Queensland. A management committee coordinates judges, provides opportunities to the membership and to encourage the interaction and development of Queensland photographers.

PSQ offers Judging Forums, annual conventions and competitions to encourage photographers to be their best.

PSQ Conventions

Each year, the Photographic Society of Queensland, with assistance of its affiliated groups, runs a convention for photography to showcase talent and display current trends in photography.

2012 Photography Convention

In 2012, the PSQ will be hosting the convention at the State Libary of Queensland. This promises to be an exciting event providing opportunities to be inspired by wonderful speakers and see the latest in photographic equipment. The PSQ 2012 photography convention will also provide many opportunities for workshops, photoshoots and activities.
